Jamie is a real estate advisor based in London, overseeing real estate financing initiatives for key client accounts. His background has focused on real estate and infrastructure investing, across both public and private markets. Throughout his career, he has focused on investing, capital raising and providing investment advisory services to institutional clients globally. His focus now falls primarily within the hospitality sector, through operating a hospitality real estate capital markets firm. Prior to this, he held a Vice President position within BlackRock’s Real Asset Securities Team, who managed a total of c.$7.5bn in AUM. Throughout his career, he has advised on and been involved in the deployment and placement of circa $8bn, which included a mandate of >$1bn from a Malaysian institution and seeding a sustainable infrastructure investment vehicle with £350m from a UK pension fund. Jamie holds a Master’s in Financial Economics and a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Sheffield.
