Adam oversees key client accounts and maintains relationships with advisory professional and executive partners throughout Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Adam has more than a decade of experience in M&A, private equity and corporate strategy. He was previously an Operating Partner at T&B Capital where he specialised in transaction due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management across a variety of industries. During his time at T&B, Adam also served as Chief Operating Officer of portfolio company, Aria Resorts, in a year of 9 acquisitions and a full corporate restructure.

Prior to T&B Capital, Adam served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy, at Citigroup Global Markets where he worked on a series of $1B+ transactions and led a financial performance improvement program across Investor Services, a GM division with 10,000 employees. After completing his BA Economics at Louisiana State University, Adam began his career as a management consultant in the United States followed by a period as a Business Analyst in the strategy team at State Street Corporation.

Adam currently serves a Non-Executive Director of Advanced Modular Power Systems, a oil & gas industry focused clean energy company based in the US and Oman.
